ebike s866 lcd display settings parameters supplier
On S866 LCD display pannel of my Sheng milo Mx20plus, I surprised that long pressing key"-" when set P16 , It can change all P"s setting back to manufacturer"s. (I don"t know why not shown on their user manual)
in this post, I will share with you my personal experience of how to set up an ebike controller also I will share information about the most popular ways to set up your ebike controller using an LCD display screen.
As a general rule, all LCD screen for ebike has the same parameter “P & C” however, the meaning of the parameter can be different from a manufacturer to other.
This LCD has three main screens that give you different information about your ebike, also it has a screen for advanced options where you can set up your controller & ebike setting.
1- If you turn the screen on and directly hold the below button you will activate the walking mode where your ebike motor will start working automatically & you will see a person symbol on the screen.
Once you turn on your ebike LCD you will see the first screen information which shows you the battery levels, PAS (Pedal Assist System), speed reading, distance, motor temperature, and motor wattages. (see the below photo)
Ebike Trick: the distance meter is a trip distance meter which you can be rest by holding the up & down button at the same time while you are on the main screen, once the screen starts to flash press the middle button to save the reset.
Note: this trick will reset the trip counter but the odometer will still count your ebike distance & there is no safe way to reset the whole ebike distance.
C10: The factory reset settings (this with the reset the whole settings to the factory reset) if you want to reset all the settings all you need to do is to choose Y and Save it.
I had listed three different models of ebike LCD screens so you can have a good idea of how to configure your ebike controller using the same methods mentioned in this post.
Hello. I have S866 lcd with black flat 5pin connector (and separate 2pin). I would like to use it with other convertion kit that came with C500 lcd (very basic in settings) . One issue is that other kit use JULET cables. I would like to resolder cables from one to another and just need some pinout informations to do it.
Note: The value here is based on kilometers. When the unit setting is converted from kilometers to miles, the speed value on the display interface will be automatically converted to the correct mile value, but the speed limit value data set in this menu under the mile interface No conversion, it is inconsistent with the actual displayed mile speed limit value;
Note: Due to the upgrade of the company"s products, the displayed content of the product you get may be different from the manual, but it will not affect your normal use.
