Motor don"t move, but low noise from motor was heard. After increasing PAS on display the motor finally started to move! But max speed was 16km/h (P08 = 100)

In this time I did also resoldering of all hall sensors connection inside motor as recommended in one video on Youtube. Then I also did some test with parameters change.
