Right now, in the smartphone world, mobile gaming is becoming more and more of a reality with hot games such as PUBG Mobile and the future release of Apex Legends capturing the attention of millions and millions. There are only a few companies (Samsung and Apple) that have good recording softwares which gives the user no watermarks, 1080p resolution, and more. Having to pay $1000, young content creators are stuck having to deal with their videos not having good quality. Why not by an android phone and use a third party recording app? Well, for the users that have tried third party recording apps, the answer is simple. Using third party recording apps is just stupid and a terrible decision. Nearly all the recording apps have watermarks and to remove those watermarks, users have to pay for it. The resolution is also not the best. To top it off, you can"t even record the internal audio because this is something that those screen recorder"s available on play store couldn"t do because of certain restrictions (HDCP Restriction to be specific). So the only quality option content creators have left to do is to spend a 1000 dollars for no reason.

The function here is to be able to record the user"s screen as well as simultaneously be able to record the in screen volume and the user"s microphone. These features/functions should be included in order to make the experience smooth for the user.

Users can edit their recording settings by going to settings ----> screen recorder. From there, the user has the ability to enable or disable the function, configure their video quality (1080p60fps, 1080p30fps, 720p60fps, or 480p), time limit (1 hour, 45 minutes, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 5 minutes, no limit, or custom), where files get stored (Downloads, Google Drive, or Dropbox), enabling/disabling internal audio, enabling/disabling Microphone Audio, and Delay Start (3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds).

To access this feature, users can click on the icon in the drop down menu to start/stop recording. Upon enabling this function, the icon turns red to show its recording and users can view how long they have been recording by looking at the status bar. An LED light can also be enabled by the user to display if the recorder is on (User can customize the color). There can also be a gesture added to start recording when the user presses the increase volume and decrease volume buttons at the same time.

This software would help a majority of the community by being provided a trusted recorder as I have come to notice that people love to record and share content on our screens. Some examples include streaming mobile games, providing tutorials to other people, recording mobile games, or just bragging about something the user did.

Gaming companies such as Razor and Asus as well as Samsung and Apple have good screen recorders. Other users that have phones from other brands have to use third party apps to find a sustainable recorder and android doesn"t let these third party apps be able to record internal volume which sucks as sound is a big part of recording. My proposed feature is superior because it features some tweaks that the other companies don"t use. This function can help OnePlus boast to the gaming audience and please its users by adding a feature displayed/given by few companies. To add on, OnePlus phones are cheaper and have a lot of other features such as gaming mode to help a recording software made by OnePlus excel. The restrictions I mentioned earlier are not impossible to break as Samsung and Asus use Android and were able to somehow bypass it and since they did it, I strongly believe OnePlus can do the same.

During the week of March 1, Active View measurement will start using signals from the Open Measurement (OM) SDK when measuring viewability for mobile app display inventory in Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360. This change brings Active View in line with the industry standard. There may be a small change in mobile app display measurability and viewability. This change only impacts Active View measurement on inventory where the OM SDK is available.

You’ll be able to import campaign spreadsheets without these new columns, but we recommend updating any tools you use that generate or process these sheets to include the new columns.

During the week of July 22, 2019, improvements to Campaign Manager Active View measurement will remove discrepancies between Campaign Manager and Google Ads for YouTube placements. Because of this change, more impressions will be eligible for Active View measurement. On average, you can expect to see the following changes for placements served on YouTube:

Each CRMobject in HubSpot (contacts, companies, deals, and tickets) has an index page that displays the object’s records. Depending on your subscription, you can also filter and segment your custom object, call, and payment records on their respective index pages.

These index pages also include actions and filters you can use to customize and segment your records. Learn more about creating CRM records in HubSpot.

Custom objects: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts> [Custom object]. If your account has more than one custom object, hover over Custom Objects, then select the custom object you want to view.

To toggle between a table view or board view, click the listView table and gridboard icons next to the object name. The table view shows all records in a list, while board view shows records moving through the stages of a pipeline.

When navigating to an object index page, you’ll be brought to the default view for the object. When you first navigate to the index page, the default view shows the entire list of object records, but you canedit your default view. If you"re a super admin, you can also set the default view for new users.

To change the order of your records, you can sort them based on a property. Click the property"s column headerto sort by that property. Learn how to customize which properties appear as columns.

To view deal stage amounts in a different currency (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise only), hover over the amounts at the bottom of the board, then click View in your preferred currency. Select your currency in the right panel, then click Save. You can hover over the Total and Weighted amounts to view in company currency or update your currency at any time.

For each object, you can segment records based on that object"s properties. If you’re looking for more ways to filter records, learn about the differences between saved views and lists.

To filter by a common default property, click the default property dropdown menusabove the table (e.g., Contact owner, Create date, Last activity date, Lead statusfor contacts) and select filter criteria.

To select another property, click AND or OR.When you set a filter with AND, records must meet all of the criteria in the filter group in order to be included in the view. When you select OR, the records must meet the criteria in at least one filter group to be included in the view.

To save these filters and settings as a new view, click Save as new. In the dialog box, enter a view name, select a visibility setting, then click Save.

Before you select criteria for your view, learn how to choose filter options to segment your records. On each index page, you can only filter by that object’s properties.

To set your criteria in a view, click All filters, then in the right panel, select a property. Depending on theproperty"s field type, choose an option to set criteria for that property:

contains exactly: enter a value. A record’s property value must contain the exact text entered to be included in the view. To search for a value with multiple words in a specific order, or including non-English characters, you"ll need to enter your value in double quotes (e.g., "HubSpot knowledge base") to filter for an exact match.

Please note: non-alphanumeric characters included in criteria values are treated as delimiters, not as characters themselves. For example, filtering by HubSpot_knowledge_base> will search for values containing HubSpot, knowledge, and base, treating the _ and > as spaces. Even if you use double quotes, such as "HubSpot_knowledge_base>", it will search for values containing "HubSpot knowledge base" in that exact order, but not for values containing the other characters.

To sort cards based on the records" values for a specific property, select Sort. In the dialog box, select a property and the criteriato sort by (e.g., Most recent value for Create date,High to low values for Deal amount, etc.).

To set a preferred currency for viewing deals, select Edit board(Starter, Professional, and Enterprise only). In the right panel, select a currency, then click Save. If you choose to view your preferred currency in the board, each deal stage"s Total and Weighted amounts will be converted to your selected currency.

Toggle the [Deal/ticket] activity information switch to choose whether or not to display next and last activity information. This applies only to open deals/tickets with active cards. Activities include notes, calls, tracked one-to-one emails, meetings, tasks, and chats.

As you filter your records and save views, you can customize which views appear as tabs on object index pages, create new views, and set a default view for each object. You can also manage who can access a view, clone views, and delete unneeded views. Users with super admin permissions can also set which views appear for new users by default.

To open an existing saved view, click + Add view to the right of your tabs, then select a view from the dropdown menu. Once opened, tabs automatically remain pinned on the index page unless you close them.

To reorder your views, click and drag atab. If you place a view in the left most position, it becomes your default view. This view will be the first tab each time you navigate to the index page.

To filter by certain view owners, click the Owner dropdown menu and select the users whose views you want to include. Users with super admin permissionswill be able to see all views, while other users can only see views they have access to.

Delete: delete the view. In the dialog box, click Delete to confirm. The view will be deleted, but the records included in the view will not be deleted.

Create report(Professional and Enterprise only): navigate to the report builder to create a report based on data from the view. You cannot create a report based on data in a calls or payments view.

Manage sharing: update which users have access to the view. In the dialog box, select to make the view private, share it with your team, or share with all users in the account. Click Save to confirm.

Hover over a view and click Actions to clone or export the view. Depending on the view, you can also create a report (Professional and Enterprise only).

Modern TVs are more complicated than ever before. If you’ve found yourself browsing one of our guides and felt stumped by some of the acronyms or tech specs, we’ve summarized the most common terms below:

LCD: LCD stands for liquid crystal display, and it’s the most common kind of television besides OLED (defined below). LCD TVs shine an LED backlight through a panel of liquid crystal, a malleable substance that reacts to electricity, opening or closing when jolted. In LCD TVs, the liquid crystal opens to allow the backlight through or closes to block it. The specific details of the opening/closing are dependent upon the arrangement of the pixels: The most common LCD arrangements are Vertical Alignment (VA) and In-Plane Switching (IPS), with the former tending to produce higher contrast and the latter tending to produce wider viewing angles. All so-called “LED” TVs are really LCD TVs, as are all current QLED and ULED TVs.

OLED: An organic light-emitting diode, or OLED, TV creates light inside each individual pixel without using a backlight and can dim each pixel individually all the way down to black, which LCD TVs can’t do. This tech gives an OLED TV an infinite contrast ratio and other benefits to help create an overall better-looking image, although at considerable additional cost. You can read more about OLED technology in this article.

Mini-LEDs: Every LCD TV made today currently uses LEDs to produce the light that shines through the LCD panel. Most TVs use LED lights that pass through a diffuser to light up the entire LCD screen. Mini-LEDs, which some TVs use, are much smaller than traditional LEDs, so TV makers can install more of them and thus create more zones of local dimming, which means less blooming or halos around bright objects. Mini-LEDs are completely different from micro-LEDs, an available (though very expensive) technology that employs individual red, green, and blue LEDs to produce an image without needing an LCD panel at all.

Nits: Also called candelas per square meter (cd/m²), this unit of luminance measures how much light a TV can produce. Previously, TVs could output 200 to 300 nits, and standard dynamic range (SDR) content was graded and mastered with 100 nits as the standard. With high dynamic range (HDR), content is mastered with 1,000, 4,000, or 10,000 nits as the standard; so, the more nits an HDR TV can display, the more accurately it can display the highlights in HDR material without having to reduce the brightness of the highlights or clip them.

Wide color gamut: Ultra HD content has a wider color gamut than standard HDTV content; right now, most UHD content is mastered with the same DCI/P3 color gamut used in theatrical cinema (the ultimate goal is the even larger Rec. 2020 color gamut). This expanded color gamut allows a TV to display richer reds, blues, and greens than ever before. Some TVs use quantum-dot technology to produce this wider color gamut.

Quantum dots: Quantum dots are a color-enhancing technology primarily found in LCD TVs (though some 2022 OLED TVs now have them as well). Chiefly employed as a filter that’s painted onto a substrate, quantum dots are microscopic nano-crystals that, when struck with blue light, produce very vivid red or green light (depending upon the size of the crystal). Quantum dots are the primary technology that allows LCD TVs to produce the wide color gamut required to display HDR content properly, as they greatly increase the color saturation of red and green.

Refresh rate: All digital displays (including TVs) have what’s called a refresh rate, measured in hertz (Hz), shorthand for cycles per second. A TV’s refresh rate refers to how quickly it displays new incoming video information on a nanosecond-to-nanosecond basis. While there are many possible refresh rates, most TVs come with either a 60 Hz refresh rate (meaning 60 screen refreshes per second) or a 120 Hz refresh rate (120 screen refreshes per second). Ideally, a TV will have the highest refresh rate possible, but there are diminishing returns for higher refresh rates during many types of content. A 120 Hz TV has advantages when watching 24p content or mitigating judder (definitions below), and tends to produce less input lag when playing video games, but it won’t provide advantages for most forms of cable TV or streaming content. In 2022, some manufacturers introduced 144 Hz TVs meant to appeal specifically to gamers, but the majority of TVs still have 60 or 120 Hz refresh rates.

Judder: This term refers to a slightly jerky motion that can occur when 24p film content appears on a TV with a 60 Hz refresh rate. In such situations, to make 24 frames match up to the 60 Hz display, half of the frames appear two times and the other half appear three times. This display technique causes judder, which is most noticeable on panning shots. Some 120 Hz displays avoid this effect by repeating each film frame five times, while some 60 Hz panels run at 48 Hz to show each frame twice.

Motion smoothing: Motion smoothing, sometimes called MEMC (Motion Estimation/Motion Compensation), refers to a TV’s ability to intelligently create new frames to create smoother-looking or less juddery motion. Most modern TVs can artificially increase their refresh rates to smooth out fast or difficult sequences, but the efficacy of this motion smoothing is often dependent upon the TV’s native refresh rate. Motion smoothing is also the cause of the “soap opera effect,” where cinematic/24p content looks more like a daytime soap opera due to the insertion of unnecessary frames. The best TVs come with multiple motion smoothing presets, and some even allow the user to fine-tune the degree of judder reduction and frame interpolation employed. When used correctly, motion smoothing can make content like sports and nature documentaries look more realistic, but we prefer it be turned off for content like premium TV, movies, and video games.
