I"ve used Cococka screens before and never had a problem with them. This is no exception. Unlike a lot of the replacement iPhone modules this one fits perfectly, without sticking up above the body of the phone. The display color and brightness are hard to tell from stock unless you have them side-by-side, and even then this one looks good. There were no dead spots in the touch sensor and all of the original parts (back plate; front sensor, speaker, camera cable; touchID sensor) fit without having the angle screws in odd ways.

In short: After repairing over 150 iPhones (including 50+ 6 and 6s models) I havent found a better replacement screen for the 6s so I think I"ve found my new favorite manufacturer.

It all started when the battery on my aging iPhone 5 swelled up enough to push the glass out of the frame at the top. Two screws pulled out of the interior and when I put the case back together one was laying loose and in the way (my bad), and damaged the LCD assembly such that unless the brightness was all the way down, the screen would turn purple and the touch screen would stop responding.Shopping on Amazon for a replacement assembly was a confusing mess. There are a slew of ~$18-$22 replacements, all with a low number of reviews and all with their reviews evenly divided between obvious non-native-English glowing praises from shills, and obvious non-native-English flaming slams from competing sellers.I was headed out of town, needed my phone fixed, and so opted for a $50 kit that had a larger number of better reviews, and included tools and a lot of documentation, and had it shipped to meet me out of town. The kit reached me on time and the instructions and tools were great. The kit didn"t include the home button or speaker assemblies so these had to be moved from the old to the new, this was about as challenging as could be expected but went well enough. But on reassembly, while trying to put the thing back into the case, the new glass cracked effortlessly. Put the purple/dim one back in, after swapping all the parts again. Returned the cracked one.I tried again, with a $35 kit this time. Less fancy packaging, less detailed instructions but I"d had some practice. This time the mechanical fit for the home button was poor enough that when installed, I couldn"t make the home button click. And when putting it back together, this glass also cracked with only gentle pressure. Same drill: swap the little bits around again and put the purple display back in, return the unusable one. I can use the phone as long as I keep the brightness down all the way and either use it in a dim room, or keep my thumb over the speaker/camera (even at the lowest brightness, daylight brings it up enough to lock it up). Lots of fun when you"re driving a rented car in a new city and trying to use Google Maps!By now I"m shopping for a replacement phone, probably Android, also looking around on CL for parts phones (lots available but all likely stolen, if they"re selling for parts it"s because they"re blacklisted) or used genuine LCDs online (expensive and no way to know if they work OK).Tried one more aftermarket LCD (this one). Either because the quality was better or just because I knew the steps by heart by now, it went in without breaking and works fine. Very occasionally the touch screen seems to not respond white right, especially if the power cord is connected. I can live with it for the remainder of this phone"s life, the next time it needs attention I"ll be upgrading.I also ordered a new screw set as a few of the old ones were getting pretty chewed up after coming out and going back in 8 or so times.In a nutshell: I wouldn"t be surprised if all of these things (from $18 to $50) are made in the same plant in China. This one worked.
