I just purchased an Ecotric fat tire Hammer bike with the SW900 controller. I tried to increase the the top speed of the controller following the parameter settings but I must have not done it right as only the throttle works now and it wont assist while peddeling. I reset it using P11 per the generic Ecotric manual and am able to use throttle only now but no peddle assist ... what am I missing? I am obviously new to ebiking and when I call Ecotric there is no answer and a full vm box so I"m hoping someone on this forum can steer me in the right direction.
