lcd touch screen digitizer assembly for samsung galaxy s8 quotation

My Samsung Galaxy 8"s display was damaged and the touchscreen completely unresponsive. Didn"t want to buy a new phone, so I took it to the repair shop and they were going to charge me a little under $300 to fix, including labor and parts. For a 5.5 year old phone, that"s crazy. However, they said that if I bought my own screen, they"d charge me only $55 to install.

This item shipped super fast and from the date/time of purchase, was actually delivered in less than 24 hours. Everything you need to complete the installation yourself is included, except instructions. Replacement screen doesn"t appear to be OEM, but is still of really good quality.

As soon as this was delivered, I rushed to the repair shop to have it installed; however, it ended up that I couldn"t use this. The tech showed me that it wasn"t just the screen that was damaged, but the pin connector as well, so I won"t be able to install a new screen at all. Hence, I have to get a brand new phone, which I did not want to do.
