Our local team is proud to coordinate the 10 Days of Giving food drive, an annual community collaboration between Merchants Bank in Winona and Winona Volunteer Services to help stock local food shelves each winter. Since 1989, the drive has collected thousands of pounds of food and helped thousands of people in the area.

Took out a home loan in 2010 and after a perfect record of payments I relocated out of state and sold on a 6 month rent to own basis on 2013. New owner missed one payment during the 6 months and since the statements were still being sent to the old address it caused a 30 day late. When I realized the payment was late I brought it current but Merchants refused my goodwill letter request to erase the late payment from my credit score,  and it"s haunting me now as I am looking to buy a new home. Merchants only cares about customer service when they are collecting interest from you.
