PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONThe PM6120 is a 12.1-inch open frame monitor supporting 800 x 600 resolution with an LED backlight. The heavy-duty steel monitor supports VGA + HDMI + DVI video input, 12V DC power input with an adapter, and protective environmental features. The LCD panel displays a resolution of 800 x 600 with 250-nits brightness and 600:1 contrast ratio. The LED backlight monitor has 262K colors with a mean time between failures at 35,000 hours. The option is available for a Resistive touch screen (USB), Capacitive touch screen (USB), AG Glass, or AR Glass. The PM6120 sturdy and durable heavy-duty steel protects the open-frame metal construction and contains a 2.16” short depth casing. With a dimension of 11.81"(W) x 10.16"(H) x 2.16"(D) and weight of 7.72 lbs, it can be easily installed with a universal or VESA mount. The monitor can withstand operating temperatures from 32°F to 122°F. The power source is a 12V DC power input with an adapter, offering reliability and high energy. The option is available for an Isolated 9-36V DC-IN or 24V / 48V / 72V / 90V / 125V / 250V DC-IN.

The PM6190 is a 19-inch open frame LCD monitor with 1280 x 1024 resolution and a 250-nit LED backlight display. The monitor features multiple video inputs including VGA, HDMI, DVI, or DP input and an AC power input with built-in power. Designed with a heavy-duty steel enclosure, this 19" open frame monitor is ideal for industrial or commercial applications and POS systems. Our frameless monitors are available with 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. Open-frame Sunlight Readable models range from 8.4″ to 32″ screen sizes.

Open frame monitors will be completely assembled, but without the typical outer enclosure. (see picture to the right). Consequently, we will mount the components to the rear of the LCD panel itself, or onto a rear metal plate. (This is just one example of many possible designs.) We will provide mounting flanges, slots and holes to meet your mounting needs. Frameless monitors screen sizes are available from 8.4″ to 50″. Some designs can also be panel mounted monitors, which can be flush-mounted.

Our LCD kit design open frame displays provide loose LCD components. This provides the ultimate flexibility in mounting or packaging. Specifically, the LCD kit incorporates the LCD module, A/D board, OSD board, and power supply are supplied individually.
