The issues didn"t end there either, oh sure, I massaged the stuck pixel away but then some more appeared, sometimes as many as seven on the screen at once. Now it"d be understandable if this thing were a few years old, but for a brand new monitor to be having such problems was unacceptable. Needless to say, after ten days of owning the thing and continuing to see the problems I was seeing, I knew it was time for me to say goodbye. I went and returned it to Staples, making sure I put it in it"s original box, and got my refund. Am so glad I did because the thing turned out to be a waste, I also heard that this monitor is manufactured by Acer under the e-Machines brand, which makes sense, however, Acer does not exactly make the best monitors. Either I got a lemon or something, but seriously, I would not recommend this product to a friend based off of the experience that I had.
