Just a note on Kortek monitors.  I had similar problem several months ago.  Been trying to remember what I did.  Finally, remembered,,, CRS disease (Can"t Remember Sh..)  Anywoo,  most monitors have a factory default that you can access by powering up while holding down a certain combination of buttons on the control panel..  When I worked for Casinotech fixing Kortek monitors it was holding down the "Menu" and "Up" keys together while powering up.  This would give you a different menu then the regular menu used once the LCD is powered up.  Using that menu I selected a factory reset to factory settings and it fixed the problem.  Should also work for Tovis since Tovis engineers started at Kortek then formed their own company across the street from Kortek.  LOL...  Worth a try if you haven"t yet. Cost is zero.  Also, last resort is Happ is now the warranty repair center for Kortek.
