lcd module ips3p4140-e in stock

This is using a Renesas R61529 Controller driver, I have PDF"s for both the LCD and Controller Board/chip. This is advertised as working / Supporting "Arduino/ 51series/MSP430 series/ STM32/2/ chip" It looks like a LCD module with a breakout board attached but Im not certain how to set this up on a raspberry pi.

I have read up on the DPI/RGB interface that is on the Raspberry Pi and would like to use this to setup this LCD. However the Wiki specified connecting PCLK, DE, LCD_VSYNC, LCD_HSYNC, as well as D0-D15 to configure it for VGA565, 16 Bit Color. This board does not have pins labels matching that description however those functions are in the technical Data. There is also a 38 pin header that does fit into an Arduino Mega but I have not used the LCD on that board at all.
