Found this...dont know if it helps....this was for a computer lcd screen not sure if its the same for the lcd screen on the back of digital cameras. Maybe someone else could suggest an alternative.

These screens are held in place by double sided tape, you can get them moving by applying some warmth( not a lot) and using a sucker ( I used the sucker that you can get to help you remove some of the lighting bulbs that are flat fronted and sit in a surround) if you just keep easing a corner away it will eventually lift enough for you to get something blunt underneath it and prise it away. The new cover will come with a double sided gasket(not fitted). I made the mistake of trying to stick the gasket to the camera body where I should have maybe carefully put it on the new cover and then lowered in place. Anyway, I cocked up the gasket so made up a new one with narrow double sided tape and then just pushed the new cover in place. It isn"t rocket science and should be well within the scope of 99% of people. Just take it slow and easy on a clean surface and you be done in no time. I changed the clear plastic window in my 24-105 which was a lot harder to remove because I didn"t have a small enough sucker so I had to carefully ease up a corner with a very small bladed mini screwdriver and it all worked OK.
