Shipped with Dynojet base map unless otherwise specified. Brock"s Performance mapping is not available and will not function correctly with other exhaust systems!

If you have previously purchased a Brock"s Performance exhaust from one of our authorized dealers, contact our sales department to obtain the correct map for your application.

A "Track" map begins its life on Brock"s Dynojet Model 250 Dynamometer (located in Dayton Ohio @900 ft. above sea level in our climate controlled facility). Utilizing an air/fuel probe, we obtain the correct air fuel mixture for precise metering throughout the entire operation range to match our exhaust systems. This map is then "adjusted" (trade secret!) at the drag strip by the Brock"s Performance Research and Development Department to maximize performance with the bikes own ram-air system operating at speed. The ram-air system cannot be correctly pressurized on the dyno, so real world adjustments are made and measured (to one hundredth of a mile per hour) at the drag strip.

Max power "Dyno" maps are also available to Brock"s Performance exhaust system owners. These maps are tuned to show maximum power on the dyno....NOT maximum acceleration on the track! Track maps WILL READ LOW power readings on the dyno.

The new Power Commander V is the latest in engine control technology from Dynojet. The PCV is very compact, yet offers expanded features and options, with tremendous control over your engine management system.Smaller unit - less than ½ the size of PCIIIusb

Changes are made to the bikes fuel curves via the PC"s onboard microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes" ECU (electronic control unit).

Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. The Power Commander can be ordered preprogrammed with a your choice of several settings, based on the modifications to your bike. The unit also comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or make adjustments to a map file

Dynojet have taken virtually the same technology that our patented Tuning Link Dynamometer Software (designed for automated Dyno tuning) uses, along with Bosch Wide Band O2 sensor(s) and miniaturized it to be used on your bike, while you ride.

Once installed, the Autotune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor(s) in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it as you ride, letting you feel the changes as they happen. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio target values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work. For advanced users who would like to change the Air/Fuel ratios from our baseline, they are fully adjustable. Each throttle opening/rpm combination is individually adjustable, so that you can have both fuel economy, during cruise, while maintaining peak output at larger throttle openings. For most models of bikes it is also possible to adjust the Air/Fuel ratios “per gear”. This gives you total control of the fueling in every gear and throttle/rpm area if required.

The Autotune kit can be configured to run and correct at all times or by using the “map switch port” on the PCV you can set it up so that you can switch back and forth between the tuning mode and the base map settings. You can also configure the Auto Tune kit to wait until the bike is at a certain operating temperature before beginning to make adjustments.

Power Vision is a performance tuner and data monitor that offers the latest flash tuning technology, data logging, and other industry exclusive features. Developed to tune any Harley-Davidson motorcycle with the Delphi ECM, including 2011 models*, the Power Vision Product Suite includes a full color touch screen flash device, vehicle interface cable, and WinPV (Windows PC based tuning application).

The Power Vision incorporates a very sophisticated, yet simple touch screen display that DOES NOT require the use of a computer to flash your bike Simply select the tune and follow the on-screen prompts to download the tune, and if you’d like, edit your tune without ever touching a computer! That’s right, you can flash and make changes to your tune without ever getting off your bike. Anyone of the 3 types of tunes outlined below are able to be edited on the device, or in the WinPV Tuning Application!

Power Vision downloads and stores the stock calibration, and lets you select up to 6 different tunes that are stored on the device, and can be flashed to your bike.

Does NOT require the user to interface with a computer in order to flash a tune, or edit the tune. Change rev limit, idle speed, and other parameters directly from the device.

AutoTune Basic and Pro – calculates and stores fuel trims to help you optimize fuel curve utilizing the factory o2 sensors (Basic), or Dynojet’s Wide Band 2 System (Pro)!

Power Commander Fuel Control (PCFC) is an EFI tuning products that allow us to create custom fuel maps for most popular SLP engine combinations. This cutting edge technology, allowing fuel maps to be created with pinpoint accuracy. Resulting in improved throttle response, top end performance and fuel economy. It plugs into the stock ECU and add or subtract fuel from the stock ECU settings. The fuel maps are based on throttle position verses RPM with input points at ten different throttle positions and in 250 RPM increments. For the experienced tuner, these controllers come with a computer link cable and software for custom mapping capabilities.

The Power Commander Fuel Control system is a low cost alternative to the Power Commander V (PCV). All of the same fuel maps that are available from Starting Line Products for the PCV can be used in the PCFC as well. The PCFC cannot be outfitted with optional accessories such as Autotune, Wideband 2 and the LCD display; and the PCFC does not have ignition timing control capabilities like some of the PCV models. Lower cost and simplicity are benefits of the PCFC. The PCFC does have end user custom fuel mapping capabilities similar to the PCV by plugging into your laptop or PC with the included computer link cable.

Need to adjust your tune in the field, or datalog the supported channels to further refine your tune? No problem, with the POD-300 youre just a few clicks away from taking advantage of the many features with its easy to use menu system.

Display channels real-time: RPM, TP, map position (when using map switch), duty cycle, fuel change, speed, pressure, ignition change & wideband air/fuel ratio- (w/ WB2 or AutoTune connected)

Enter the Power Commander V Secondary Fuel Module. The S.F.M. connects to the upper injector rail using OEM connectors. From there, it is only a single cable connection to the PCV. Once connected, you will be able to adjust both upper and lower injectors by as much as +250/-100%.

If the gear position input is connected on your PCV you will have the ability to adjust all of the injectors on a per gear basis (a complete map for every gear) as well as the ability to map each injector separately. That gives you up to 48 complete maps!

There is also be a "basic" mode that allows you to have a single fuel table that simply puts the requested fuel change in both upper and lower injector modules at the same time. For those of you that have modified engines that require more fuel than 4 injectors can provide, but do not need the complexity of mapping each cylinder and each gear separately, this setting is for you.

In addition to the increased fuel adjustability the SFM provides, it also allows for the use of the Dynojet Quick Shifter sensor on 8 injector bikes. On earlier Power Commanders an Ignition Module or Stand Alone Ignition Quick Shifter was necessary to use the DQS on bikes with 8 injectors. Now, you can have both added fuel control and shifter functionality at a very low price. .

The MPS Hub Switch Relay Harness is designed to plug into the Dynojet Power Commander Hub and allow you to switch maps on the fly when your nitrous is activated. It can be wired to activate with either a 12 VDC positive signal or a ground signal.

Connecting the map selection switch allows the rider to switch between two different maps within the Power Commander. For Touring Bikes this could be used to switch between a "fuel economy map" for long rides and a "full performance map."

For sport bikes it could be used for applications such as "dry nitrous oxide" kits to permit the user to make the fuel mixture richer when activating the system. Additionally, if the Power Commander has an ignition module connected it can switch to a less aggressive timing map at the same time.

Fuel and ignition timing (when using the Dynojet Ignition Module) adjustments can be made based on gear position or speed. If the user wants to advance the timing in lower gears while retarding it in higher gears this input makes that possible. (+/- 50% Fuel and +/- 10 Degrees of timing per gear)

When using a Power Commander on turbocharged applications, the Boost input option (0-5v input) makes it possible to have the fuel automatically increase with boost level. In situations where the user has an adjustable boost controller, this makes remapping each time the boost level is changed unnecessary. (+/- 50% Fuel and +/- 10 Degrees of timing)

Fuel Moto offers 100% product support on the Dynojet Power Commander V. We have the worlds largest Power Commander map database offering calibrations for most popular combinations. For those of you with unique setups or are looking for live tuning the PC V offers the optional Auto Tune module with wideband O2 sensor (dual sensors on V Twin models) which will allow you to tune in real time. We have extensively tested this product in many, many applications. Fuel Moto will pre-program your Power Commander for your specific setup based on the modifications you have done to your bike, we also provide legendary Fuel Moto service before and after the sale.

With gear position input connected the PCV is capable of allowing each cylinder to be mapped individually and for each gear (for example: on a 4 cylinder bike with a six speed transmission there could be up to 24 separate fuel tables).

The first major improvement over PC III from a tuning standpoint as far as Harley models are concerned is the ability to capture live ECM data thru the PC V software. In addition to the available functions in PC III USB software such as RPM, TPS, Duty cycle, and fuel change, the PC V now allows you to view valuable ECM data such as Cylinder Head temp, Intake Air temp, MAP, Battery Voltage, F/R Cyl Injector Pulsewidth, F/R Cyl Ignition Timing, Knock Sensors, Vehicle Speed, Gear Position and more. In addition, when the Auto Tune module is used real time AFR is also displayed, this is awesome! You can also view or log these parameters with the optional LCD-200 display as well. The software features individual tables for each cylinder for fuel and ignition timing as well as demanded AFR tables for each cylinder if the Auto Tune module is used. Fuel tables continue as a percentage of fuel change and ignition timing is in degrees.

Another big improvement is the ability to control EFI adjustments based on additional inputs such as gear position. For example you may want to lean the mixture a bit for 6th gear highway cruising for better MPG? No problem, the options are nearly endless and can be easily configured in the PC V software. You can also easily configure the PC-V to run 2 maps using any open/closed style switch. PC V continues to allow users to raise the Rev limiter to 6200 RPM"s and the Accellerator pump feature is included in the software. Gone is the 9V battery adapter that was required on the PC III USB for powering the unit when removed from the bike to make changes, the PC V now is powered thru the USB connection when removed from the bike.

Another great feature of the PC V is its size, as the PC V is much smaller than the PC III USB. This is especially helpful on bikes with tight fitments such as the Softail where we can now easily mount it under the seat, or on the Dyna where we can mount it in the hole in the frame under the seat.

Auto Tune is the ultimate add on for PC-V which allows for live, closed loop EFI tuning. Based closely on Dynojet"s new Wideband Commander 2 featuring an Auto Tune module and dual Bosch Wideband O2 sensors. The Auto tune module allows users set a demanded air/fuel ratio in the PC V software and the Auto tune will make adjustments in real time. There are AFR tables for each cylinder and they have the the same 250 RPM increment resolution as the fuel and ignition tables. The Auto tune can be configured for minimum run time before live sample, minimum Cylinder Head temp, as well as maximum +/- fuel adjustments in relation to the base map.

The Auto Tune kit can also use the Dynojet map switch or any open/closed switch which allows the user to switch between live tuning to the parameters set thru the PC V software or the base map in the PC V unit. You can leave the map switch in "live" mode, or if you want to write the fuel map you can connect to the PC V software, retrieve the fuel trims and either write them to the map or clear them. The firmware and tuning strategy has been well written and in our testing we have been able to develop very, very accurate maps using the Auto Tune module opposed to some of the other Auto tune units on the market we have tested in the past. We have also compared several Auto Tune derived maps to dyno tuned maps and the results were impressive.

A very important requirement for building a good tune is to have a somewhat close base map to start out with, as the Auto Tune writes its fuel trims off the base PC V map. The Auto Tune module does require some basic wiring from the sensor harness into the modules. The Auto Tune module is a very good choice for those with a unique build where a close map is not available or for those looking for the ability to tune in real time. The ultimate combination we recommend is combining a full dyno tune session with the Auto tune. We build the map for the best combination of performance and efficiency, and then implement the AFR"s we developed into the Auto Tune AFR table. This strategy will provide the best performance under all conditions.

Auto Tune modules are in stock and we also have several excellent AFR tables we can supply to fit your riding style or requirements. If you purchase the PC-V and Auto Tune module we can program and configure everything so it is ready to plug in and ride.

I was looking on the Power Commander website and I see there is an LCD screen available that shows a tremendous amount of data that plugs right into their fuel controllers. I like the idea of being able to visibly switch back and forth between fuel maps while riding. Has anyone used these screens? Are they worth investing in for our sleds?

The unit can be removed easily from the bike and programmed with a desktop computer. Maps can be downloaded, stored and the data viewed with the supplied software. As new functions, screen and features become available the unit is “user upgradeable” using the supplied USB cable and free downloads available in this site under downloads and map downloads.

The new LCD Unit can easily be connected to the Dynojet Wide Band Commander. via a Harness cable. This cable is a replacement for the standard LCD cable which enables the user to connect to a Wide Band Commander. With this cable connected the LCD is able to display actual air/fuel readings and any accessory input connected to the WBC.
