Unpacking was easy, well packaged quite well made too, just remember this is NOT military grade and NOT intended as goggles for stealth combat type stuff.

However, I am quite literally blown away at its functionality, once you familiarise yourself with the menu"s and location of buttons the night vision binoculars are literally astounding. Having used nv"s with the military (3k upwards), I expected this to be nothing more than a toy.....I was pleasantly wrong.

As long as you remember there is a dim light on the subject-target side, (see pictures which massively exaggerate the brightness) you will find these very surprising to approximately 200- 225 metres, for security, wildlife, hunting, and general night-time curiosity.

Not suitable for airsoft and other fast paced sports due to the narrow field of vision and magnification. Glasses do not lend themselves for a close fit to eliminate lighting you up, but not really an issue for their intended purpose.

I received my order in 4 days, and 2 of them were the weekend. I had read a article about the top 10 night vision binoculars, and the Rexing B1’s was the top pick. I then went to Amazon where they were highly rated there as well. After comparing them to several other models, I settled on the Rexing B1. I found that these binoculars had all the features that I wanted and where priced far below the others. I’m also very happy with the performance, they take great videos & pictures. Something like this would cost big bucks 10 years ago.

When I first opened the package I was very impressed with the look and the quality of the binoculars. I took them camping a couple days after I got them and tested them out. The night vision is awsome! It blows my old gen 1 monocular out of the water! The fact that it can also take pictures and video is a huge bonus. They look like something you would see in a sci-fi movie… Would definately reccomend.

Seller shipped quickly would like to give higher rating but the resolution on the LED screen is so poor you cant make out what you are looking at past about 15 yards. Havent tried it out in the woods yet but aint looking promising. Quick update: Rexing customer service did contact me on their own to see if there was anything they could address with my purchase. So gotta give credit to a company that still has customer service. Even though I wasn’t totally satisfied with my purchase I have to say I would deff. consider buying their products in the future

Great product for a low cost night vision. Takes 32GB micro SD, 6 double A batteries. All functions are on top. Camera has two quality selection and video has two quality selection. Night vision is great 20 to 40 yards. Past 40 yards clarity drops the far out viewing. Great for the price.

Bought as a basic night vision unit to test, so not expecting much here…here’s my take: plus: all parts came, all parts work, like how IR lights up pitch black spaces. The digital zoom works well and is a solid feature. Viewer is basically a small TV – to move your head back from it, yet still see image crisply is nice/convenient/user friendly. It has a low light (optical) mode (default startup mode) with good image quality if you hold it very still, which is nice but with almost zero magnification so it’s not as good as my 12-42 day/low light binocs, so stick with the night mode. If something is moving within 100 yards, you can see it nicely in IR mode. minus: If you want to use this out of the box, one needs to buy a micro SD card, though the unit advertised it came with one. They actually give a “get 1 free” card if you submit a review, like this. Since the unit really doesn’t want to work without a Micro SD card inserted, this marketing scheme could be better. The free offer is for Kingston memory, which is great, but again, you have to wait 1-2 weeks after submitting a review and claim…to get it in your hands. Summary: Goal of this buy was to gain hands on experience using night vision – it’s performed that function nicely, helping me determine certain features to seek in next buy: better optics; higher recording resolutions; more rugged housing – unit is plastic so if you drop it once, probably kaput; better battery housing connector arrangement. If you want a basic night vision setup to grab experience with…that’s not pricey, maybe try these.

This Rexing B-1 works the way it is suppose to which is a very pleasant surprise. I purchased a monocular night vision unit in a different brand and it was defective right from the start. It would not load the menu screen and had fine colored lines covering the screen most of the time.In trying to use it though I realized that my eyes were straining too much trying to use the monocular vision , so I decided to try a binocular screen type unit. This B-1 is just the ticket and works great !! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good night vision unit at a good price.
