Rare things were always intriguing to humans. Diamonds, gold, limited edition cars, and genuine artwork, are among the most expensive commodities on the planet for that reason.Availability and surplus tend to have the opposite effect, and that’s pretty clear in digital art. That is until crypto and blockchain became a reality. That’s not just in art; Bitcoin, gaming artifacts, and digital collectibles of all sorts are all the rage now.A decade ago, artists often sold copies of their work for moderate amounts of real money. Today, they can sell their work for thousands and even millions of dollars. The transaction of non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, changes hands just like in real galleries. And the new owners get to exhibit their unique works of art and show them off.Valuable artistic works deserve to be seen in equally beautiful displays. And that’s why we put together a fine list of the best NFT displays for digital artworks. In addition, you’ll find some tips on how to choose the right one. We’ll also talk a bit more about crypto art, and see why it boomed into incredible popularity lately.

There are various ways to display your NFTs and digital art. Some are top tech frames designed to give a gallery-like look, while others are advanced smart frames. The displays on the list come with a wide range of price points, so they can match the value of the artworks.

The Meural is a 16 x 10 display that you can place on a counter or mount on a wall. The size is perfect for most digital art, and you can change its orientation in a way that best suits your images.

The brightness level of any digital display isn’t always flattering to images or videos. But that’s a non-issue with the Meural since it auto-adjusts to the ambient light with special sensors. If the surroundings become too dim, it simply shuts off.

Displaying NFTs is a relatively recent trend, and that’s why it’s understandable that the tech hasn’t caught up yet completely. Digital frames have some weaknesses here and there, especially if you’re an iPhone user. Sometimes the format of the NFTs needs changing, and occasionally, the orientation feature doesn’t respond as expected.

FROM PHONE TO MEURAL INSTANTLY: Easily upload, crop and showcase your pictures, NFTs, and 15 second video clips from your phone to digital picture frame with the Meural App.

Meural makes brilliant displays, and the Canvas II is among its masterpieces. It’s a 1080 HD screen with adjustable backlighting and an anti-glare finish. It’s also equipped with TrueArt Technology, so this digital frame displays true-to-life images and puts your art in the best possible light.

The frame is nicely priced and it hovers around the $500 mark for the large 19 x 29-inch display. Plus, you can access all 30,000 iconic artworks in the Meural gallery for a yearly membership of around $70.

SLEEK MODERN DESIGN: Meural Canvas II is designed for any space. It has a sleek, modern-meets-classic design and comes in two sizes (21.5” diagonal display and 27” diagonal display) and four colors (black, dark wood, light wood, white).

Samsung has always been a true pro when it comes to displaying images, and this frame is no exception. The color pop comes from Quantum Dot Technology which provides more than a billion shades of color. And it stays vivid regardless of which level of brightness you set the screen to.

The 65-inch display is a 4K UHD Dual LED Quantum HDR, which simply means that the image is crisp, sharp, and crystal clear. All of which are attributes necessary for displaying art. It’s shaped like an actual frame, which makes it the perfect exhibit for your valuable crypto art.

You can make a compilation of all your digital art or other digital images, and access all of your favorite media in one place. This feature is especially useful if you have a large collection of artworks, and putting them on display would be best through a slide show or a queue.

The frame adjusts constantly to the changing ambient light and optimizes the image display settings accordingly. It’s a full-HD screen that’s also anti-glare and saves energy. Furthermore, it’s Alexa-enabled for easy voice control of the rest of the settings.

The Canvia frames are moderately priced, and they’re pretty straightforward. You might need to change the formats of the NFTs a little, but other than that, it’s a good device. An added perk is a bonus one-year subscription to Canvia’s art library, with more than 10,000 paintings.

The infinite objects frame is pretty simple. You just open the box, plug it in, and it keeps on displaying your collectible or digital art. The frame can loop any clip from a few seconds to 24-hour long clips. When you want to turn it off, just unplug it and put it back in the box.

You wouldn’t have to bother yourself with setting up the frame, uploading media, or updating an app. Infinite Objects often collaborate with artists to make a ‘video print’ of any digital art. And this final ready-to-display form is what you get.

There’s a wide variety of video print collections at the company’s site, and you can also send them your own videos, and they’ll ship them back to you saved in a display frame. The average price of a ready-made collectible is around $300, but you can find a few gems for $100 if you look carefully.

This product adds a bit more fun to the prospect of displaying your NFTs. TokenCast gives you the blueprint of building your own display from the ground up. And it’s not hard at all, you only need a Raspberry Pi, an IPS monitor, and the TokenCast client.

This frame works only with NFTs, so you can display your authentic digital art around the house, and enjoy its beauty at all times. TokenCast devices also allow you to add a QR code at the bottom of the image to further illustrate its uniqueness.

Qonos is designed with the NFTs ofBeepleandLeBronin mind. The graphics of these frames are exceptional, both in images and in videos. In addition, they’re available in various sizes and configurations.

These frames are fully compatible with iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows. Thus, you shouldn’t face many problems while uploading your NFTs to a Qonos frame.

If you play online games, you must be familiar with the ‘skins’ that gamers buy all the time. It’s often for personal use to make their characters stronger and more invincible. Skins are also a wonderful birthday present among friends. This is one of the earliest examples of NFTs.

Art, music, movies, and blogs are slowly venturing into the NFT market. With theNyan cat GIFamassing a mindblowing $600,000, a lot of creative artists started to pay attention.

The whole NFT crypto art scene is a novelty for most people, and this includes manufacturers. That’s why there aren’t that many displays dedicated to exhibiting authentic digital art. Plus, there are several digital frames that play the part nicely.

A further divide in NFT specific displays occurs with the ones that display videos only, as opposed to devices that accept various forms of media. Audio remains quite rare, and most frames are geared towards a purely visual experience.

The Samsung display is hugely popular since it can be used as a TV and a digital frame simultaneously. Multitasking often saves space and justifies the price tag.

Plenty of the jargon used around NFTs is rather unfamiliar, and creating crypto art might still need getting used to, however, putting your digital art on display isn’t a mystery at all. It comes down to choosing the right type of NFT display.

In my opinion, if you’ve acquired a unique digital artwork, then you should display it with one of theQonos NFT Frames. It’s designed to exhibit NFTs and does so with the highest possible image quality.

Then again, that’s not the only type of digital art currently in demand. If you have amassed a collection of NFTs, thenSAMSUNG 65-inch Class FRAMEis a great option to keep all on display. And when you’re not using it to showcase your art, you can use it as a TV set.

There are also DIY frames like theTokenCastfor the folks with manual dexterity and an affinity for working with tech stuff. And in addition to the physical frames for NFT artworks, there are virtual vaults wherein you can share your artworks with your friends and followers online.

With digital frames and displays becoming commonplace, many NFT frames and displays actually connect to your crypto wallet. However, it’s totally possible to print and frame your NFT with some novel methods too.

Perhaps you want to display NFTs in the metaverse, or in virtual galleries and VR and XR. Fear not! This guide will give you the tools to display your favourite NFT in the best way possible. These days, there are NFT galleries, Virtual NFT spaces, and countless more options on the crypto art display market.

So whether it’s an NFT compatible TV you’re after, or something a bit more specific for displaying NFTs; here are our top 7 ways to Display NFTs in the real and virtual worlds.

Digital photo and video frames are a great means to display NFT art at home. Firstly, let’s look at the best NFT frames specifically designed to display crypto art. If you’re investing in an NFT frame, ensure the frame supports the format of your NFTs. Plus, make sure to research its picture quality and storage capacity.

Tokenframe, for instance, offers real wooden NFT frames with both 2K and 4K options in anti-glare screens. Using the Tokenframe app, users can simply sign in to theircrypto walletand access their NFT gallery to display the NFTs. App users can also control the background colour, artwork size, and more.

The UK-based Decentralized Displays offers both wooden frames and acrylic displays. Users have the option to change the NFT at any time and can put in any artwork they want.

Ionnyk calls itself “the world’s first e-paper digital art frame”. Essentially, Ionnyk makes use of e-paper technology to give its art photos a final quality akin to ordinary ink on paper. Besides, just like physical paper, Ionnyk’s screens reflect light toward the viewer’s eyes. Moreover, these frames only consume power when the displayed picture changes. In short, Ionnyk helps you display your NFTs in their finest form.

Infinite Objects,  a New York City-based startup, focuses on “video prints”. Essentially these are looping video frames perfect for displaying animated art. However, once printed, there is no way to change it or even pause or rewind the video that is on loop forever.

Plus, these displays are not strictly specific for NFTs. Despite that, both Beeple and Steve Aoki have used Infinite Object NFT Display Frames thus far.

Another great option is theMeural Canvas frame from Netgear. Known for home WiFi, Netgear released this impressive NFT display frame which uses its own Meural app for iOS and Android. Using this, you can easily add both NFT images and videos to your high-quality NFT Display. It has a full-HD, anti-glare display, and comes with a playlist feature allowing you to curate how the NFTs are displayed.

This frame is suitable for those looking for a cheaper option to display their crypto art. The Dragon Touch digital picture frame comes with an IPS touch screen display that can both play videos and display images. Further, you can upload videos of up to 30 seconds in length and can store a maximum of 40,000 images.

Doubling as a TV and an NFT  frame, this one is an excellent choice for NFT collectors to display their pieces. In March 2022, Samsung announced a partnership with Nifty Gateway to develop the first-ever smart TV NFT platform. In a nutshell, Samsung’s upcoming TVs will have an in-built NFT platform to browse, trade, and buy digital art.

Obviously, the TVs will display your crypto art as well. In fact, the Samsung frame is so designed that it resembles a framed piece of artwork. This is all thanks to the anti-glare, low-reflection panel technology.

With the rise of Cardano, Nano frames have also joined the list, providing a service to the ADA NFT crew. Nanoframes is the first and only NFT frame catering to Cardano NFTs. Simply connect your Cardano wallet to the frame and download and start the NANO Smartphone App. From the app, you can select the NFT you want to display, pick a layout and display duration, and you’re all set!

While NFTs mainly represent digital art, some projects release physical versions too. For example, Christie’s youngest artist, FEWOCiOUS,sent physical copies of his workson request. Damien Hirst also has a physical copy of each of his NFTs.

A great example of a company turning NFTs into “physical art” isSolid NFT. Specializing in premium aluminium plate printing, Solid NFT makes real-life artworks which are “strong”, “beautiful”, and stay “intact for decades.” So essentially, they are perfect for displaying your NFT art in your house!

“Combining colour brilliance, superior durability, and archival qualities makes this printing method the perfect choice for Solid NFT reproduction,” they added in a previous interview with NFTevening.

Nifty Slabs is another great choice to display your crypto art by turning it into a physical piece. Essentially, the platform turns your NFT into a unique 1 of 1 printed and slabbed, high quality, physical collectible. You are then free to display your NFT art or even trade or sell it!

The process to create the NFT slabs is pretty straightforward. Nifty Slabs will first verify you are the owner of the NFT you want to slab. Then, they will turn your NFT into a 1/1 physical collectible with personalised traits and other details.

Thanks to NFTs’ explosive growth, a range of big brands, including tech giants have forayed into the space. What’s more, several social media companies have also started integrating NFTs into their platforms. In other words, you can now flaunt your NFTs on major social media sites as well!

Twitter introduced blue NFT integration early this year. With this feature, you can now set your NFTs as your Twitter PFP. Essentially, Twitter users can pay $2.99 to get the Twitter Blue subscription. Once subscribed, you can connect your NFT wallet to your Twitter account and choose an NFT as your PFP. Once verified, the PFP will be displayed as a soft hexagon in place of the original circular icon.

In early May, 2022, Instagram started testing digital collectibles with select US NFT creators and collectors. The feature allows NFT owners and creators to connect their wallets to Instagram and share the NFTs they want on the social media site. Once shared, the posts will have a “shimmer effect” along with displaying the public information. Currently, Instagram supports NFTs on Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and Flow.

Soon after Twitter’s NFT PFP feature went live, Reddit too announced it is testing a similar feature. Similarly, Spotify is also testing a new feature which will allow artists to display their NFT collections. However, the feature is currently available to only a select number of Android users.

If none of these options quite fit the bill, there are plenty of online NFT galleries for you to choose from. These allow you to display your NFTs without any hassle. Here are some of the top websites to display your NFT gallery:

Showtime is more of an NFT social media site that lets you create a profile much like an Instagram page and then display your NFT art. Once you connect your wallet to the website, it automatically creates a profile featuring all your NFTs. You can also follow other artists and collectors and like, share, or comment on any NFTs.

an upcoming decentralized digital art museumfrom the photo editing giant, Pixlr. The gallery, which is set to launch in early 2022, will offer NFT tools and art drops. More importantly, it follows an innovative concept where NFT artists and collectors decide what to display in the museum.

OnCyber is one of the most popular virtual galleries among NFT artists and collectors. In fact, OnCyber offers the easiest way to display your NFTs in a fully immersive 3D or virtual reality form. Importing your NFTs from Metamask and choosing from a range of available templates/experiences is, thankfully, very simple. Plus, you can display NFT and crypto art you have collected or created. What’s more, you can explore OnCyber’s NFTs on display for free!

A social and collaborative platform, Spatial allows you to create your own virtual galleries on their platform. You can create your room in Spatial and easily display both 3D and 2D NFTs. Anyone can visit the gallery using VR headsets, mobile devices, or any web browser.

No NFT display list is complete without mentioning the metaverse. There are virtual worlds or shared virtual spaces that bring together augmented reality (AR)  virtual reality (VR) and Extended Reality (XR) to create immersive experiences.

In metaverses, you can buy a parcel of land, build your virtual gallery, and display your NFT art as you would do in the real world. Let’s take a look at some of the most popular  metaverses in the market.

XR and AR platforms allow you to enhance your everyday life and display NFTs in the real world. Here are some of the best examples of XR and AR platforms to display NFTs.

Overly is a do-it-yourself AR platform that brings any NFTs into the real world through AR. The platform’s aim is to make the creation of AR experiences hassle-free. For this reason, it is compatible with any NFT on OpenSea and you can launch the NFTs straight from the marketplace. Due to its OpenSea integration, bringing your NFTs to life is as easy as “copy-paste”.

Spheroid Universe sells digital land in the real world.  Basically, they are selling every single plot of land in the real world. You could open a real-life XR art gallery to display your NFTs. Alternatively, you could rent out your land to fantastic NFT artists to use for NFT gallery space.

You can go a step further and display your NFT in all its glory in real-life art galleries as well! There are several real-world NFT galleries across the globe that caters to NFTs.

Touted as the first dedicated NFT gallery in the world,  Superchief Gallery NFT is another great option to display your NFTs. The artist-run gallery has a 10-year history of supporting artists. While its NFT gallery is located in New York City, it has warehouses in multiple locations.

Traditional auction houses such as Sotheby’s and Christie’s have also been vocal about their support of NFTs and have conducted numerous high-profile exhibitions. A good example includes Sotheby’sNatively Digital curated NFT sale. Moreover, the House of Fine Art (HOFA)’s gallery in Londonalso holds NFT exhibitions.

There are some things you have to keep in mind before making the leap, especially if you are buying a frame. For example, ensure the frame supports the format of your NFTs, displays images or videos in the highest quality, and has the right storage capacity. The file format is an important criterion to consider when choosing an online gallery or website as well.

However, at the end of the day, when it comes to choosing your NFT display, you are spoilt for choice!Ultimately, the best choice would depend on the type of NFT or crypto art you own, and your personal display preferences. So, as we often advise, make sure to do your own research and scope out your options to display your precious crypto art.

With millions of dollars exchanged for digital art each week - I can"t help but wonder why there are so few options for actually displaying NFTs in both physical and digital spaces. It feels like an egg no one in the crypto art space has truly cracked yet.

Putting NFTs on display around your home or in a gallery requires more effort than hanging a physical work, but the results are often dazzling. NFT pioneers around the world have developed some pretty unique ways of sharing their collections using both analog and digital tools. Let"s explore how they"re doing it.

The Infinite Objects "Video Print" is a digital frame unlike any on this list. The company"s 5" and 7” displays feature one video that loops on repeat forever. There are no apps or additional software involved. When purchasing the frame, Infinite Objects gives buyers the option to upload their own video that is then inserted into a frame before shipping.

Netgear, a company better known for their contributions to home WiFi than high art is behind the high-end Meural Canvas frame. These versatile digital frames are available in a range of sizes from the desktop friendly 13.5” x 7.5” to a gallery sized 19” x 29” canvas. Owners can use Netlink"s proprietary Meural app for iOS and Android to add NFT images and videos to the frame.got a Meural to display my hashmask and I love it

The Dragon Touch Digital Picture Frame is the cheapest and most accessible digital frame for displaying NFTs on this list. That"s because the Dragon Touch is designed as a standard household digital picture frame meant for cycling through photos of family and friends.

The Looking Glass Portrait is a bleeding-edge piece of hardware that acts as a display for holograms. The device makes it simple to turn any piece of 3D content into a functioning hologram. This previously hasn"t been possible without the use of VR headsets or expensive production-level equipment like they used for the Tupac hologram at Coachella.

The MonoX7 is a digital frame that feels designed with the digital art renaissance in mind. The internet-connected device features an ultra-thin 17.3-inch display and includes a dedicated processor making it a powerful force on your wall. The display handles any image or video that can play in a web browser making it perfect for all types of NFTs and formats.

Despite the hefty price point of the MonoX7, I could see it quickly becoming a new standard for NFT collectors looking for an elegant solution to display all of their digital art in a physical space. The base model with a 1080 x 1920 display starts at $599.

NFTs and Crypto Art on display in physical spaces shouldn"t be reduced to only living on screens. That"s why I love this physical print concept for NFTs first shared by collector Andrew Coathup.

The DIY approach involves printing still images of your NFTs (so this won"t work for looping videos or other formats) and creating a custom art label similar to the ones featured next to prominent works in museums. Andrew"s label features information like the title of the piece, the artist, when he purchased it, and a handy QR Code that links to an informational page about the NFT on the OpenSea marketplace.

It"s a cheap and elegant solution (Andrew made his for less than $20) for collectors who don"t want more screen time in their day to day lives. I can definitely see more galleries adopting this format for NFT events in real life too.

Crypto Art is a format born of the internet so it makes perfect sense that you"ll currently find far more options for displaying your NFTs online than IRL at this point.

Keeping an online collection of your digital art is in most cases significantly cheaper than displaying it in your home and more people around the world are likely to see it here too. Let"s take a look at a few of the existing options.

Showtime wants to position itself as the first NFT social network and is doing a pretty great job so far. After connecting your crypto wallet to the site, Showtime instantly generates an aesthetic profile that prominently features all of the NFTs in your collection.

The experience feels (and even looks) a lot like Instagram right now. You can follow other users, comment on and like any of their NFTs, and even make offers to buy work from others" collections. Websites that simplify and familiarize the experience of interacting with the blockchain often provide the best onramp for people new to the space. Showtime nails that familiar feeling while simultaneously making your NFTs look good.

A new entry in the crypto art space, Lazy is an online NFT art gallery launched by Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban. The site, which is currently in beta, lives up to its name by providing a simple and uninspired way for collectors to display their NFTs online.

At the moment, Lazy very much feels like a work in progress. The site lacks all of the key social features found in Showtime and only offers collectors a simple page to display their NFTs. That makes it hard to recommend Lazy right now, but I"m hopeful the site can stop living up to its name and add more interesting ways to interact with NFTs in the near future.

OpenSea is the largest NFT marketplace online today and that also makes it one of the best places to display your crypto art collection. The site provides a seamless experience for both shopping for art and looking at the works collected by other NFT enthusiasts.

I love browsing the recent top bids on ultra-expensive NFT auctions and then clicking on these user profiles to look through their impressive collections - it"s like the NFT version of thirsting after mansions on Zillow.  Getting started on OpenSea is as simple as connecting your crypto wallet and watching your collection immediately appear on screen.

This wouldn"t be an article about how to display your futuristic internet art if it didn"t make at least one mention of the "metaverse."  While no one has developed the fully-immersive virtual world imagined by sci-fi books like Snow Crash and Ready Player One yet, several companies are trying and they"re letting users bring their NFTs along.

Decentraland is already a regular destination for prolific NFT collectors and features frequent gallery shows where artists and curators can show off their latest work in awe-inspiring museum settings. Decentraland players can easily connect with artists and purchase new NFTs without ever stepping foot outside of the game world. Virtual space in Decentraland gets pretty pricey, but putting your NFTs on display is relatively simple once you get setup with your first patch of land.

Cryptovoxels is a virtual world much like Decentraland that is built entirely on the Ethereum blockchain. The game takes a more simplified approach to its 3D world and the game engine loads significantly faster on most devices as a result. In my short time exploring the world of Cryptovoxels, I found that the world is completely filled with NFT art and exhibits.

Cryptovoxels makes it very easy to further explore any of the art found in the world with quick links to buy and places bids on items seen in the game. If Decentraland is positioning itself like Minecraft on the blockchain, then Cryptovoxels is more of a point and click adventure with NFTs at the center.

However you decide to display your digital art, you"ll need to do some work to get those NFTs fitting in each digital frame or space. Kapwing"s free online editor is the perfect tool for resizing any video, image, or GIF without needing any additional software.

In this tutorial, I"ll quickly show you how to resize a video associated with an NFT to make it fit in a digital picture frame.Download the image or video associated with your NFT

When you purchase an NFT, you generally get access to a file containing the original image or video of the associated art or collectible. Start by downloading that video or image to your device.

Once the file is fully uploaded, you"re all set to resize it. It"s important to know the correct dimensions for the frame or place where you"ll be displaying the NFT. This can usually be found in the settings or packaging of digital frames.

For this example, I"m going to resize my NFT to the dimensions required for the 1280x800 resolution Dragon Touch Digital Picture Frame I mentioned above. On the right side of the screen, click the Custom Sizebutton that appears in the canvas menu.

Once your NFT is perfect, click the big red Exportbutton in the top right corner of the screen. Kapwing will take a moment and automatically process your video to your desired specifications. Once the video is finished processing, click the Downloadbutton to save the resized version to your device.

You"re now ready to put your resized NFT on display with the confidence that it"ll accurately fit the frame, screen, or digital space you"ve designated for it.

That"s about all we have to say about displaying NFTs for now. We"re excited to share more tutorials, tips, and advice in the weeks ahead as we continue diving deep down the NFT rabbit hole. Keep up to date with us here or over on our YouTube channel where we"ll be sharing more NFT content. If you"re creating or displaying crypto art in interesting ways - we"d love to see it. Throughout the peak of the crypto and NFT market’s massive boom in 2021, the NFT market was valued at a staggering $41 billion — just nine billion dollars shy of what the physical art market generated in 2020. But as things stand, it may take time before the two fields of art can truly compete head-to-head once more. Of course, there are many hurdles that NFT art pieces need to overcome before that happens, and a primary one is how to display them.

Physical artworks are easy to show off, since you can frame them and put them above a fireplace, in a gallery, or on an easel. The same can’t be said for pieces of NFT art. Oftentimes in the case of NFTs, creators and collectors may struggle trying to figure out how to showcase their collections.

If you’re looking for the cheapest way to showcase your still-image NFTs, you can print them like you would any other image — effectively creating a physical NFT print. You can even attach a QR code that can be scanned for verification or purchase. Simply go to a QR-code generator site like Scanova or QRCode Monkey, and enter the URL associated with your NFT artwork. Once you paste the URL, the website will generate a QR code.

If you aren’t sure which type of paper, print size, or finish is best for NFT prints, companies like Solid can help. These brands employ advanced technologies to provide high-definition NFT printing services to their clients. The NFT printing company handles canvas size, frame quality, print durability, or texture, and delivers your physical NFT to your door.

It should also be noted that certain NFT collections and marketplaces offer this utility directly to the consumer. For example, marketplaces like One of None offer collectors the chance to purchase “hybrid” pieces — NFTs with corresponding physical prints. On the other hand, some artists offer collectors this as a choice. In the case of Matt Gondek’s Fight Club, collectors may keep their prized baseball bat NFTs, or burn them for their real-world counterparts.

Digital NFT display frames might be the coolest way to showcase your art. While printed NFTs allow you to display still images, digital displays allow you to exhibit NFTs that exist in the form of videos or GIFs. Given the rising popularity of the animated NFT format, this method may offer collectors the most future-proof way of displaying their favorite NFTs.

One option for digital NFT frames is Tokenframe. Each of these frames comes equipped with an anti-glare display, stereo speakers, and an auto-rotating function. As an added benefit, these NFT frames come in several sizes ranging from 10 inches diagonally to 43 inches. Moreover, these digital frames can be controlled by your smartphone, so you can also switch between multiple NFTs and their respective QR codes on the same frame. Obviously, the same can’t be said for any of your hanging physical artwork.

But Tokenframe isn’t the only player in the digital NFT frame market. In January 2022, Web3 media company Atomic Form received the (CES) Innovation Award for its 4K NFT display — called Atomic Form Wave. This state-of-the-art digital NFT frame is connected to the user’s crypto wallet and verifies every NFT on the blockchain before displaying them. Users can also share, manage, and lend their NFTs to each other using the Wave device on Atomic Form Hub.

In September 2022, Atomic Form followed up the success of its Wave NFT display with a new product: the Photon. Instead of attempting to reinvent the wheel in the highly-competitive monitor and display market, the Photon instead hopes to take advantage of how consumers are currently spoiled for choice when shopping for monitors and displays.

The Photon isn’t an NFT display at all — it’s a hub that enables anydisplay you own to be turned into an NFT display, synced in real time with your actual crypto wallet. Speaking on how the Photon can make life easier for NFT collectors, Atomic Form Co-Founder Garrette Furo stated in a blog post, “You don’t need to wait for a major hardware manufacturer to include our app, you can just use a Photon as if it were Roku.” Whether you’re helping curate an NFT art gallery and exhibition, or just setting up an NFT corner in your home, this could become a great option.

Another player that aims to bring NFTs into the real world is Infinite Objects, a startup that offers electricity-powered display frames for video NFTs. To get your video NFT, you are first required to upload the file on the Infinite Object website. Next, you pay between $79 to $450+, depending on the type of frame you choose, and, within a couple of weeks, you receive your NFT.

Since the frames from Infinite Objects can support videos that run for even 24 hours, the concern is low that your video will be cut off. Moreover, if you are an NBA Top Shot NFT holder, then you also receive an authentication certificate along with your printed NFT. They accept payment in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC.

Just like the NFT industry, the NFT display market is also expanding fast, so Tokenframe, Atomic Form, and Infinite Objects aren’t theonly companies that offer digital NFT display frames. However, if you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a fancy digital frame, you can consider multi-functional products like a smart TV. Notably, certain Samsung smart TVs come with an “Art Mode” functionality that can be used to display your NFTs or any other artworks on those off times when you aren’t scrolling Netflix. Similarly, LG also offers owners of its smart TVs the option to display NFTs, courtesy of its new in-house NFT marketplace.

The credit for the success of NFTs also goes to NFT marketplaces like OpenSea, Raribe, Nifty Gateway, and SuperRare. Millions of buyers visit these NFT marketplaces every day, and most of the revenue generated by the NFT industry comes from them. As such, users of these marketplaces have their on-site purchases up for display on their individual profiles, as corroborated by their crypto wallets. Because of this, they are a great go-to choice for displaying your digital art collection.

Apart from online marketplaces, you can also try display websites like Showtime, Collectors Hub, and Lazy, where artists and collectors post their NFTs on a regular basis. If you already have a decent number of followers on social media websites like Discord and Twitter, then launching your own NFT art website is also an option.

Additionally, as part of Meta’s NFT roadmap for its pilot sites Facebook and Instagram, now Instagram users can proudly display NFTs they’ve created and collected directly on their profiles. As of its last announcement, Instagram has even extended support for this functionality to more than 100 countries, and counting.

Finally, a private website or portfolio allows you to display and sell your NFTs any way you want. You don’t have to follow any unwanted terms and conditions, plus you are free from any marketplace fees and restrictions.

NFTs are multi-dimensional assets, and their presence isn’t limited to online marketplaces and digital frames. Virtual worlds in the metaverse also have their own art galleries or spaces perfect for displaying NFTs. For example, in Decentraland and Sandbox, people can buy digital land where they can organize an NFT art display event (or exhibition) and invite other users.

Once you’ve signed up andpurchased virtual land, you can organize art shows, auctions, and other events to display, promote, or sell your NFT collection. You can also create special passes and tickets for such events and share them via social media platforms.

However, if you are a new artist and platforms like Decentraland are very costly for you, you can also tryCyber, where users can freely exhibit their NFTs. Obviously, the footfall in less popular spaces is low, but they are great for organizing immersive NFT art exhibitions and attracting an audience of your own.

Some parties, like noted NFT collector Punk6529 have even teamed up with several other people in the space to develop what’s called an open metaverse. Spearheading its launch is a digital museum district — built from the virtual ground up. Through this, users can share and feature their favorite NFT pieces amongst other members of this community. These alternative NFT display methods have the potential tonarrow the gap between the digital art industry and the real world. They can help introduce NFTs to audiences that may not otherwise be aware of the developments taking place in Web3. With their unique visual appeal, NFT displays could accelerate a broader acceptance of blockchain technologies.

There are a number of different ways businesses can use interactive NFT display screens to engage with their customers. For example, businesses can use the screens to display information about their products or services, to advertise special offers, or to allow customers to browse and purchase items directly from the screen that loops a video with infinite objects.

Interactive NFT displays can also be used to create interactive customer experiences, such as by allowing customers to control what is displayed on the screen or to participate in games or informational quizzes. As the use of interactive NFT displays becomes more widespread, businesses that adopt them are likely to enjoy a competitive advantage over those that do not this developing technology that integrates infinite objects with digital art.

They are digital displays that use non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as an interactive medium. NFTs are unique digital assets that cannot be replicated, meaning that no two tokens are exactly alike. They are similar to cryptocurrencies, but with a few key distinctions. NFTs can be used to represent physical or virtual objects, while cryptocurrencies are used solely as digital currency.

NFT art displays are a new and innovative way to improve customer engagement for businesses. By using NFT art as an interactive medium, businesses can create unique customer experiences that cannot be found elsewhere. This can help businesses to stand out from the competition and improve customer loyalty.

NFT art displays are a great way to promote brand awareness while displaying verified ownership of a digital art asset. Technology such as a motion sensor can trigger the presentation of digital art, NFT art, or crypto art. If you are considering ways to display your NFT art then MetroClick provides solutions that merge a picture frame with infintate objects with a streamlined setup process that digital art collectors will love.

One way businesses can use interactive NFT art displays is to create a customer loyalty program. For example, a business could create a platform that allows customers to collect points for every purchase. These points can then be redeemed for discounts or free products.

Another way businesses can use interactive NFT displays is to create a scavenger hunt. Customers can be given a list of items to find in the store and the first person to find all of the items wins a prize. Interactive NFT displays can also be used to improve customer engagement through crypto art. For example, businesses can use interactive displays to show customers how to use their products or to provide tutorials on how to do something, or to simply promote crypto art.

Interactive displays are a great way to keep customers engaged through the next technological advancemnt in digital art. They are much more than just NFT art, NFTs can provide more information about the products or services you offer, and can help customers learn more about your company. Interactive displays can also be used to provide directions, to help customers place orders, to sell products or services, or to simply display your NFT art or NFTs you have stored in your crypto wallet.

NFT displays can help businesses improve customer engagement by providing a more interactive experience. However, there are some challenges to using these displays. One challenge is that som can be expensive to set up and maintain.

Another challenge is that they can be difficult to use, which can lead to confusion among customers. Businesses should carefully consider these challenges before deciding whether or not to use an interactive NFT display.

One of the benefits of using interactive NFT displays or digital art picture frame technology is that they can help improve customer engagement. This is because they provide a more engaging experience for customers, which can keep them interested in the product or service being offered. In addition, interactive displays can also help customers learn more about a product or service, which can lead to them purchasing it.

However, businesses need to consider some of the challenges that come with using interactive displays. For example, they need to ensure that an NFT display is easy to use and easy to understand how to interact with it if that is the intention.

In addition, businesses need to make sure that an NFT display is properly aligned with their marketing goals. If not, then choosing to use digital art displays to display your NFT art may not be effective in achieving the desired results.

That is changing with the advent of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). NFTs are a new type of cryptographic token that are unique and cannot be replaced. This makes them perfect for representing real-world assets, such as property.

Several companies are working on platforms that will allow NFTs to be used to buy and sell property. These platforms will make it easier for people to invest in property and will reduce the costs associated with transactions.

One recent innovation in the cryptocurrency world is the development of non-fungible tokens, or NFTs. These are tokens that are not interchangeable and have specific characteristics that set them apart from other tokens. This could have a huge impact on a number of industries, including copyright and property rights.

NFTs could be used to create unique digital assets that are protected by copyright law. For example, an artist could create a work of art and then issue a limited number of NFTs that represent ownership of that work. These tokens would be stored on a blockchain and would be impossible to replicate or counterfeit. This would provide artists with a new way to protect their creations and earn royalties on them.

NFTs have the potential to revolutionize a number of industries, including the food and drink industry. For example, blockchain-based platforms could be used to create digital registries of food and drink products. This would allow customers to verify the authenticity of products and ensure that they are buying genuine items.

Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are digital assets that are unique and cannot be divided into identical copies. They are different from traditional cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, which are fungible. This means that each unit of a traditional cryptocurrency is identical to every other unit, and can be substituted for one another.

So, you want to know how to create an NFT for free? This tutorial will show you how. It"s way simpler to create, or "mint" an NFT than you"d imagine – and doing it for free is just as easy. In this tutorial, I will create a single NFT artwork, and not delve into minting generative NFTs or an NFT collection.

But, what are NFTs? I hear you ask. Well, these non-fungible tokens are everywhere but they"re not actually as complex as they first seem. Basically, NFTs are a way of registering a digital file on a cryptocurrency blockchain, to make sure it"s a unique item and demonstrate ownership. Need more? See our guide to how to make and sell an NFT, but here I"ll show you how to specifically create an NFT for free.

You might assume you"ll need a computer or laptop to create an NFT. While that"s obviously possible, you can also do it on your mobile device. The best NFT apps for iPhone allow you to create an NFT on the go, and check out how your collection is doing. Plus, you can track NFTs on different blockchains. With that in mind, some of the steps below for creating an NFT for free are applicable, but I"m using a desktop browser and Wacom Studio tablet.

Once you have your NFT you"ll want to show it off in style, so consider buying one of the best NFT displays. For more on the top end of digital art frames read my feature "Why Tokenframe is one of the best NFT frames for digital art".

You"re going to need a cryptocurrency wallet to set up an account on any NFT marketplace in order to create your NFT. We"re choosing Metamask as it"s one of the most widely used and accessible. There are alternatives, such as Coinbase wallet.

When you create your wallet account you"ll be given a 12 word "seed phrase", this is your unique password. Keep it safe and don"t share it anywhere, the seed phrase acts as your security code (handy if you forget your password).02. Making an account on an NFT marketplace

For this tutorial I"m creating an account on Rarible, but the same approach applies to any NFT marketplace. Read my guide to the best NFT marketplaces to find the right one for you.

Once you set up our account (adding a user name, photo, bio, etc.) link your Metamask account to your Rarible account by following the instructions. Linking your two accounts ensures your NFTs will appear in your wallet and all transactions can be easily completed (you"ll need to go into Metamask"s settings to automatically bring in your NFTs). My Metamask account also acts as my Rarible login.

Spend some time personalising your NFT marketplace account, adding a banner image, and linking in your social media accounts. The more time spent ensuring your socials are connected the better; you"ll find your art is more visible the more time you take to add detail into your page.03. Painting some art

For this guide to how to create an NFT for free I quickly create a new piece of art. I google some random photo references and create a sketch using the painting app Rebelle 5; it"s quick and I"m not focusing on detail but a general sense of the face and proportions. (Read my Rebelle 5 review to find out more about this excellent digital art software.)

An NFT can be any digital file so create the art you enjoy making, but here I"m choosing a digital painting. I save the new painting as a jpeg and prepare to upload it to my new NFT marketplace account and mint it as an NFT.04. Uploading your art

It"s time to upload my art and begin creating an NFT for free. These NFT marketplace sites like Rarible have very user-friendly guides to uploading your art and the process is generally the same (some select NFT marketplaces may want verify you, and this can take a few days). Click the Create tab in the top right of your account and continue.

You"ll now need to choose a blockchain. On Rarible there are four choices, including the new low-carbon cryptos Flow, Tezos and Polygon. (We have a must-read guide to the most popular NFT crypto to decide which is best for you.) To create an NFT for free I choose Ethereum.05. Choosing free minting

The next options help your decide the value and type of NFT you"re creating, for example choose Single to create a one-off unique NFT or Multiple to mint a series of NFTs to create a collection. (Take a look at my NFT trends feature for inspiration.) Set the price, add a name and description, and make sure you switch Free Minting to "On".

Free minting, or lazy minting, enables you to put the fees for minting onto the buyer so you won"t be charged. Usually you"re charged "gas fees" – the cost of transacting on the blockchain – to mint an NFT. The unit of gas is called a "Gwei". Depending on the traffic on the blockchain as you"re minting the fee can increase or decrease; the greater the traffic the higher the cost. Often it can be cheaper in the late evening or early morning.

But… I"m not being charged if I choose Free Minting. The downside to pushing the gas fees onto the buyer is you may need to lower your asking price to anticipate the later cost, or mint your NFT as an auction and let the buyer decide.06. The NFT is minted

On Rarible, when the NFT is minted you get a lovely explosion of digital confetti. Now the real work begins. It"s best to social and post about your new NFT as soon as possible. You can link the new NFT directly to Twitter, Facebook, and other social media channels from within the NFT marketplace.

You see, minting an NFT for free is easy but there are some things you need to know; the advantage of free minting enables you to quickly create an NFT for free but it can have some drawbacks as NFT marketplaces tend to make "normal" NFTs more visible. Because of this you"ll need to make more of your own social channels for promotion. You can find this NFT on Rarible(opens in new tab) to see how it looks in the wild.

How to create an NFT for free: frequent questionsWhat"s a blockchain? This is a database that is shared amongst the nodes of a computer network. So, for example, an NFT created by established artists such as Beeple, Damien Hirst, and Takashi Murakami will be worth a lot.

This can include being invited to exclusive in real life events. How much does it cost to make an NFT?It can be free, if you use lazy minting. We have known of fees to reach $2,000 / £1,700.What kinds of NFTs sell the best?NFTs that have utility will always sell well as they embrace the full functionality of the blockchain. This is why you will find the below NFTs are some of the most popular.

8. World of WomenCan I avoid gas fees without using lazy minting?Yes, to a degree. Newer NFT crypto blockchains such as Wax enable you to set the gas fee limit you"re will to pay to mint an NFT. It will be processed and minted at a time when the gas fee matches your set level. Also, consider avoiding minting an NFT on Tuesdays and Thursdays as these are historically the busiest days and so the costliest.
